Because sanitation infrastructure shapes the site layout, not the other way around. Soil testing across the site determines which stands can support a standard soakaway system and which need a conservancy tank or shared solution, and that needs to be known before stand boundaries and road layouts are finalised, not discovered afterwards.
Is it cheaper to install septic systems across a whole development at once?
